Level IV - Rehearsal to Performance
In this often requested and newly formed class, students will further enrich their skills, and be pushed out of their comfort zone, through in-depth scene work. Students will also be assigned a contemporary monologue and learn the “art of auditioning."
In rehearsal learn to toss weak choices while keeping and repeating strong ones. On stage learn to maintain a consistency of choice while making your performance fresh and spontaneous, a neccessary skill for every actor. In additon, the use of costumes and props will be encouraged since this class will culmainate in a performance for studio students, friends, and invited industry guests.
PREREQUISITE: Level 1, 2 & 3 or permission of Instructor
