Gail Rastorfer

Gail is a part-time administrator for the Acting Studio. She has been acting in Chicago for over 15 years. As a member of the Actor’s Equity Association, she has worked with Northlight Theatre, Goodman, Chicago Shakespeare, Chicago Dramatists, Theatre at the Center, First Folio Shakespeare Festival, Drury Lane Evergreen Park and The Chicago Theatre. Regionally, she’s worked with Indiana Repertory Theatre, Madison Repertory Theatre, Hope Summer Theatre in Michigan and The Hangar Theatre in upstate New York. As a proud member of SAG and AFTRA, you may have seen her on numerous TV commercials selling everything from vacuum cleaners to cars. Before Gail came to work for the Acting Studio Chicago, she was a student here. She took her first class with director Rachael Patterson over 8 years ago and has been hooked ever since. She has since taken classes with Jack Bronis, Jane Alderman, Erica Daniels, Rick Snyder, James Bohnen, Adam Belcuore and Kurt Naebig at the Studio.
